No system is valuable if users do not know how to use it. The goal of our training services is to enhance user acceptance. In many cases, 100% of the designated users are active. To this end, CEG offers three training and support programs:

TRAIN THE TRAINER. Our SmartStore and 1-to-1 Marketing Automation solutions include sufficient time with your selected in-house trainer to make him/her an effective support person. These training sessions are spent in our facility with experienced Customer Service Representatives learning to handle basic support issues, with your CEG Account Manager preparing to handle administrative matters, and with our IT team learning to resolve common technical challenges that users report. Upon completion, your in-house trainer will have the know-how and tools to train all designated users and administrators.

TRAIN THE USERS. To expedite the roll-out of your SmartStore or 1-to-1 Marketing Automation solution, you can engage CEG’s professional training team. Separate training is offered for administrators and users. Online, in-house, and on-site programs are available. Training includes branded manuals and an online library of downloadable documents.

LIVE SUPPORT CENTER. Our Support Center is open M-F 8:00 am – 6:00 pm MST and we offer 2 response levels. Users, administrators and trainers can e-mail questions to a support person, in which case responses are guaranteed within 24 hours. Users can call a toll free number to receive instant live support from an expert.
